    Default Attached Thumbnails Not Showing

For some reason when a forum member attaches a thumbnail it is not displayed in the Attached Thumbnail box on my screen!. I know that other users have accessed the thumbnail because of their responses. Is there a setting I am missing that needs activating to access attached thumbnails?

    Thanks

    Alan

Can you post a screenshot and a link to an example post where you are having the problem?

Check your user cp, edit options, thread display options for having checked

    Aaron & Stan,

    1. Screen shot attached. My office computer shows the thumbnails while my home computer does not!

    2. Checked the cp edit options and "show images" checked.

Could you take a screenshot of your entire web browser. Please save it in a format other than bmp, such as jpg. BMPs are enormous and need to be zipped, while jpegs will show up as attached thumbnails (even though you can't see them, apparently)

    Hi Aaron,

Moving between office and home is the reason for the delay in replying.
Attached is a jpeg zip screen shot.

Had to zip it as the jpeg was over 200kb?

I'd be suspicious of your pop-up blocker or ad-blocker. Other than that, I'm at a loss.

You can save jpegs at lower quality or can reduce the size of the image.
